Terms of Service

“We”, “us” and “c4c.club” mean Alien Art Software FZE, registered in Dubai, UAE, including its officers, directors, agents and employees. “You” means you, or the organisation you act for if you accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 18, to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you live in, or are a national of, a country under comprehensive UAE, UN, US, UK or EU sanctions, or if you appear on a sanctions list. We may ask you to confirm this, and we will not send payouts that the law forbids.

c4c.club is a traffic exchange between members. You host other members' ads on your sites, earn credits when visitors click them, and spend those credits showing your own ads on other members' sites. See How it works for the details.

• When a click is approved, the advertiser pays its credit value. The publisher receives 80% and c4c.club keeps 20%.
• Your ads may also show on your own other sites, but never on the site they promote. When a click on your ad comes from one of your own sites, c4c.club takes no fee and the full value is returned to you as the publisher.
• A click's value depends on the visitor's country. Current values are listed on the traffic rates page. We may change the rates at any time. A change applies only to clicks made after it.
• New members receive 25 welcome credits, or 50 if they join by the end of October 3, 2026 (Dubai time). We may change or end this offer.

Credits are a way to account for traffic inside the club. They are not money, a deposit or property, earn no interest, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account. There are three kinds, and your dashboard shows each balance:

• Bonus credits: welcome credits, invite bonuses and invite rewards that have not been unlocked (section 10). They can only be spent on ads and have no cash value.
• Purchased credits: credits you buy (section 8). They can only be spent on ads, and are refunded only as section 8 describes.
• Earned credits: your share of approved clicks on your sites, and unlocked invite rewards. You can spend them on ads or withdraw them as a share of the revenue they represent (section 9).

When you spend, bonus credits are used first, then purchased credits, then earned credits. Members cannot pay each other through the Services.

Credits for a click are held for review before they are paid. Clean clicks are usually released within about 32 minutes. Suspicious clicks wait for manual review. We may reject a held click, or reverse a paid one, if we decide it was not genuine traffic. Our review decision is final.

You agree not to:

• click ads on your own sites or your own ads (including your ads shown on your own sites), or ask others to do so;
• generate impressions or clicks with bots, scripts, click farms, incentives, pop-ups, auto-refresh or any other artificial means;
• hide, cover, shrink, alter or disguise the ad unit, or place it where visitors are likely to click it by accident;
• put the ad unit on a domain you have not registered with us, or on pages with content that breaks section 5;
• try to get around our fraud checks, probe or overload the Services, or access other members' accounts or data.

If you break these rules, we may reverse credits, pause your campaigns and sites, or suspend your account. Clicking your own ads is the fastest way to be removed.

You are responsible for everything you submit: your site details and your ads' title, text, logo and destination URL. You confirm that you have the rights to it. You also confirm that neither the ads nor the pages they link to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights, including intellectual property;
• are sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or promote violence;
• contain malware or phishing, or are deceptive, misleading or impersonate someone else;
• promote illegal goods or services, unlicensed gambling, or financial schemes that promise guaranteed returns.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting an ad, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it through the Services while it is active. You also give other members permission to show it on their sites through the ad unit. We may review, reject or remove any ad or site at our discretion.

When you add a site, we may read its public pages to fill in its name, description and icon. Once we approve a site for listing, we may show its name, domain, icon, description and click statistics on public pages, such as the leaderboards and its project page, with a link to it. You give us a licence to do so while the site is in your account, and to keep showing share cards you have already published. Your own name appears publicly only if you choose to share your member card.

Anyone can report an ad from the ad unit. We review reports and may pause or remove the ad while we do. If we remove your ad or site, we will tell you why in the dashboard, and you can reply to [email protected] to ask us to look again.

Alien Art Software FZE owns the Services, including the software, design, the c4c.club name and logo. You may embed the ad unit as documented. Apart from that, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or build products from the Services.

Ads link to websites we do not own or control. Other members are responsible for their own ads, sites and conduct. We do not check or endorse them, and we cannot confirm who they are. You visit and deal with third-party sites at your own risk. You release us from any liability arising from them.

You sign in to c4c.club with your Google account, so Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.

Using the Services is free, and you can always earn credits by hosting ads. You can also buy credit packs, at $0.25 per credit. Buying is never required to take part.

• the price, currency and number of credits are shown before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;
• payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe's terms also apply to the payment, and Stripe may decline or review a payment to prevent fraud. We never see or store your full card details;
• purchased credits follow section 3 and the fair-play rules in section 4. They can be spent on ads but never withdrawn;
• purchases are final and non-refundable once any purchased credits have been spent. You may request a refund of unspent purchased credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live;
• if you open a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may remove the related credits, hold earnings that came from them, and suspend your account while the dispute is open. If the payment is reversed, the credits it bought are removed, and so are earnings other members made from clicks we find were not genuine.

We may change prices and credit packages at any time. A change applies only to purchases made after it. We will not charge you for anything you have not explicitly chosen to buy.

Withdrawals are a share of the revenue the club makes from your traffic, paid at $0.25 per earned credit:

• only earned credits can be withdrawn, and only once they are 30 days old, so refunds and fraud reviews can settle first. The minimum withdrawal is $25.00;
• the credits leave your balance when you ask. We review every withdrawal by hand and may ask you for information to confirm your identity. If we reject it, we tell you why and return the credits to your balance;
• payouts are sent by Tremendous to your sign-in email address, where you choose a gift card, PayPal or a bank transfer, depending on what is available where you live. Some methods charge a fee, which comes out of the payout. Tremendous's terms apply to the payout;
• you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it, and hold payouts until we have it;
• we may hold or cancel a withdrawal, and reverse earnings already paid by deducting them from future earnings, if they came from clicks we find were not genuine, or from a payment that was later reversed.

We may change the payout rate, minimum, hold or methods. A change applies only to withdrawals requested after it. Earned credits do not expire while your account is open.

• Someone who joins through your invite link gets 25 extra bonus credits.
• You earn 20 credits once they have spent 10 credits as an advertiser, and 50 once they have earned 10 as a publisher. Each reward is paid at most once per person. Only clicks with members outside your circle count: not their own ads, not yours, and not anyone either of you invited.
• Rewards are bonus credits until the person you invited first buys credits. That purchase turns them into earned credits. If all of their purchases are refunded, the rewards become bonus credits again.
• Inviting yourself, or accounts you control, breaks section 4. We may withhold or reverse rewards that come from it, and change or end the invite programme at any time. Rewards already earned are kept.

How we handle your data, and the data of visitors who see ads on your sites, is covered in our Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.

As a publisher, you must tell your visitors that your site shows ads served by a third party, as the law in your region requires. Text you can use is in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the Services. When an account is closed, its campaigns stop serving and its ad units stop showing ads. Bonus and purchased credits are forfeited. If you close your account, you can first withdraw earned credits that meet section 9. If we close it for breaking these terms, earned credits may be forfeited as well. The exception is if we close your account without cause, or stop offering the Services. In that case we will refund any unspent purchased credits and pay out earned credits that meet section 9, even below the minimum.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise about how much traffic you will receive, the quality or conversion of that traffic, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you have paid us nothing, it is limited to the fullest extent the law permits.

You will cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from any claim by someone else that arises from your ads, your sites, or your breaking these terms or the law. This does not apply where we caused the loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before starting a claim, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection and any right to bring a claim at home that the law where you live gives you.

We may update these terms as the Services change. We will announce material changes in the dashboard or by email. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the Services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
