Terms of Service

“We”, “us” and “c4c.club” mean Alien Art Software FZE, registered in Dubai, UAE, including its officers, directors, agents and employees. “You” means you, or the organisation you act for if you accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 18, to use the Services.

c4c.club is a traffic exchange between members. You host other members' ads on your sites, earn credits when visitors click them, and spend those credits showing your own ads on other members' sites. See How it works for the details.

• When a click is approved, the advertiser pays its credit value. The publisher receives 80% and c4c.club keeps 20%.
• A click's value depends on the visitor's country. Current values are listed on the traffic rates page. We may change the rates at any time. A change applies only to clicks made after it.
• New members receive 50 welcome credits. We may change or end this offer.

Credits are only a way to account for traffic inside the club. They are a limited licence to use the Services, not money or property. Credits have no cash value. You cannot sell them, transfer them to another account, or redeem them for money or anything else outside the Services. This applies to credits you earn and to any credits you buy.

Members cannot pay each other through the Services. The only payments are credit purchases made with us, if we offer them (see section 8).

Credits for a click are held for review before they are paid. Clean clicks are usually released within about 32 minutes. Suspicious clicks wait for manual review. We may reject a held click, or reverse a paid one, if we decide it was not genuine traffic. Our review decision is final.

You agree not to:

• click ads on your own sites or your own ads, or ask others to do so;
• generate impressions or clicks with bots, scripts, click farms, incentives, pop-ups, auto-refresh or any other artificial means;
• hide, cover, shrink, alter or disguise the ad unit, or place it where visitors are likely to click it by accident;
• put the ad unit on a domain you have not registered with us, or on pages with content that breaks section 5;
• try to get around our fraud checks, probe or overload the Services, or access other members' accounts or data.

If you break these rules, we may reverse credits, pause your campaigns and sites, or suspend your account. Clicking your own ads is the fastest way to be removed.

You are responsible for everything you submit: your site details and your ads' title, text, logo and destination URL. You confirm that you have the rights to it. You also confirm that neither the ads nor the pages they link to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights, including intellectual property;
• are sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or promote violence;
• contain malware or phishing, or are deceptive, misleading or impersonate someone else;
• promote illegal goods or services, unlicensed gambling, or financial schemes that promise guaranteed returns.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting an ad, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it through the Services while it is active. You also give other members permission to show it on their sites through the ad unit. We may review, reject or remove any ad or site at our discretion.

Alien Art Software FZE owns the Services, including the software, design, the c4c.club name and logo. You may embed the ad unit as documented. Apart from that, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or build products from the Services.

Ads link to websites we do not own or control. Other members are responsible for their own ads, sites and conduct. We do not check or endorse them, and we cannot confirm who they are. You visit and deal with third-party sites at your own risk. You release us from any liability arising from them.

You sign in to c4c.club with your Google account, so Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.

Using the Services is free, and you can always earn credits by hosting ads. We may also let you buy credits or other optional extras. Buying is never required to take part.

If we offer purchases:

• the price, currency and number of credits will be shown before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;
• payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor, named at checkout and in our Privacy Policy. Their terms also apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details;
• purchased credits follow the same rules as earned credits, including section 3 and the fair-play rules in section 4. Credits are spent in the same way whether you earned or bought them;
• purchases are final and non-refundable once any purchased credits have been spent. You may request a refund of unspent purchased credits within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live;
• if you open a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may remove the related credits and suspend your account while the dispute is open.

We may change prices and credit packages at any time. A change applies only to purchases made after it. We will not charge you for anything you have not explicitly chosen to buy.

How we handle your data, and the data of visitors who see ads on your sites, is covered in our Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.

As a publisher, you must tell your visitors that your site shows ads served by a third party, as the law in your region requires.

You can stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected]. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the Services. When an account is closed, its credits are forfeited, its campaigns stop serving, and its ad units stop showing ads. This includes purchased credits. The exception is if we close your account without cause, or stop offering the Services. In that case we will refund any unspent purchased credits.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise about how much traffic you will receive, the quality or conversion of that traffic, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you have paid us nothing, it is limited to the fullest extent the law permits.

We may update these terms as the Services change. We will announce material changes in the dashboard or by email. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account.
